Judge Marcia J. Sikowitz is a real piece of work. She wastes no time in violating unrepresented litigants civil rights. It appears that Judge Marcia J. Sikowitz is more than willing to listen to whatever comes out of the mouths of attorneys, like Daniel P. Sodroski, without giving any creedence to unrepresented litigants civil rights. It seems that in the fall of 2019 Daniel P. Sodroski misrepresented to Judge Marcia J. Sikowitz that a trio of unrepresented litigants had no standing to oppose eviction from the home they own because they had to vacate a default before they could ask the court to dismiss the matter.
This brief was submitted in response to her running rough shod over the Constitution of the United States of America, and refusing due process to litigants on the misrepresentation by Daniel P. Sodroski Esquire at a hearing.
Further motion practice lead to submission of this motion, which details how Judge Sikowitz was snookered by Daniel P. Sodroski, and how upon being mislead she refused to review the court record and violated litigants civil rights.
